This is the second page of the programme for the first performance of Albert Herring on 20th June 1947 at Glyndebourne, Sussex. The English Opera Group gave eight further performances of Albert Herring and three of The Rape of Lucretia during the 1947 Glyndebourne Festival before taking both operas to Holland and Lucerne during July and August.
